At Weerker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
How to Request a Return
To start the return process, please send an email to our customer service at
assistenza@shippedd.it indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
After receiving your request, our support team will send you a Return Form.
The form must be completed and included inside the package you are returning.
Return Conditions
The return request must be submitted within 14 days from the product delivery date.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
The return form provided by our support team must be included in the package.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by our support team.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within
5–7 business days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
